01After launch

What you get when the site goes live.

Training videos: Maintenance training videos that show you how to update the images and content on your website yourself.
A ten-day review window: You have ten business days after delivery to report anything that isn’t working as agreed. We’ll put it right.
Ownership: Once the final invoice is paid, the rights to the work transfer to you.
Changes and additions: New pages, features or redesigns are quoted in writing before any work starts.

02Maintenance & support plans

Updates, backups, monitoring and protection prevent the downtime and security problems that cost far more than a monthly plan.

Ongoing care for a business website.

$200–$400 / month

For websites that keep growing and changing.

$500–$600 / month

For businesses with several sites or complex needs.

Final pricing depends on your website, its requirements and the level of support you need. Plans are quoted before they start.

03Hosting & extra work

Domain & hosting: Domain registration, annual renewals and hosting aren’t included in the website packages. We can manage your domain and hosting for about $50–$70 per month, or you can arrange your own.
Extra work & consulting: Changes outside the original project scope, additional consulting and additional meetings are billed at $300 per hour, with a written estimate first.
