Discovery
We learn about your business, goals, and requirements.
- You complete our client questionnaire, covering your business, audience, goals and the sites you admire.
- One virtual kick-off consultation over Zoom is included with every project.
- If copywriting is part of your project, you also complete the copywriting questionnaire so the words sound like you.

Design
Your website takes shape around the agreed direction.
- We start from a wireframe and build the visual design page by page.
- Each page presentation includes two rounds of revisions.
- Sending revision notes within two business days of receiving a proof keeps the timeline on track.

Development
The design becomes a functioning website.
- The approved design is built as a responsive website for desktop and mobile.
- Forms, integrations, basic on-page SEO and analytics are set up according to your package.
- Content and photos are placed, checked and polished.

Launch
We complete final checks and deliver your website.
- Launch testing and final checks, then your website goes live on your chosen launch date.
- You receive training videos showing how to update images and content yourself.
- You have ten business days after delivery to tell us about anything that isn’t right.
What we’ll need from you
The materials that keep a project moving.
Timelines depend on having everything we need by your project start date. The sooner it arrives, the sooner your website does.
- Client questionnaire
- Your business, audience, goals, style preferences and inspiration, completed before your kick-off call.
- Photos
- Ten to twenty high-quality original photos you own or have permission to use, with no screenshots or watermarks.
- Copy
- Text for every page, unless professional copywriting is part of your package.
- Access
- Logins for your domain and any accounts the website needs to connect to, shared securely.

How long it takes
About 4–6 weeks, whatever the package.
Every project gets its own agreed timeline, written into your services agreement. Most take about four to six weeks from start to finish, as long as content, images, logins and feedback arrive when they’re needed. Delays on the client side extend the timeline. Branding files are delivered within seven days of final approval, and websites go live on your chosen launch date once outstanding invoices are paid.
