Our website packages are Starter at $1,250, Professional at $2,500 and Premium at $4,500. Larger and corporate projects are quoted individually. Every project is confirmed with a written quote, and anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before work begins.

Starter covers up to 4 custom-designed pages, responsive layouts, a contact form, basic on-page SEO and domain connection help. Professional covers up to 7 pages and adds professional copywriting, custom visual assets, Blog/CMS setup for compatible projects and analytics. Premium covers up to 10 pages and adds a comprehensive design system, video and multimedia, advanced animations and priority handling. See the full comparison.

Domain registration, annual renewals and hosting aren’t included in the website packages. Every package includes help connecting your domain, and we can manage your domain and hosting for about $50–$70 per month, or you can arrange your own. Ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly plan from as low as $75 per month. See support plans.

Your start and estimated completion dates are set in your services agreement, and they depend on receiving your questionnaire, photos and copy by the start date. Most projects take about four to six weeks, whatever the package, as long as content, images, logins and feedback arrive on time. If you’d like us to write your copy, add it at least four weeks before your start date.

Yes. Each page presentation includes two rounds of revisions, and branding projects include three rounds per brand presentation. Sending your notes within two business days of receiving a proof keeps the project on schedule. Changes beyond the agreed scope are estimated in writing first and billed at $300 per hour.

Yes. Every package includes responsive layouts designed for desktop and mobile, and we test the site before launch.

Yes. After launch you receive training videos that show you how to update images and content. Professional and Premium packages include Blog/CMS setup (for compatible projects on Professional), which makes regular updates easier.

Your website goes live on your chosen launch date. You then have ten business days to let us know about anything that isn’t right. Once the final invoice is paid, the rights to the work transfer to you. For ongoing help, see Website Support.

No. We’re based in Jacksonville, Florida, and work with businesses throughout the United States. Kick-off consultations take place over Zoom, and day-to-day communication is by email, Monday to Thursday, 10am to 4pm Eastern.
